With the advent of the deadline day in the summer transfer window, all the clubs in the Premier League, as well as other European leagues, are getting ready to make sure that they get their priorities straight and their potential targets in their squad before its closure on the 31st of August.
This summer transfer window saw a number of big money deals cracked and has been termed as “inflated” by many. In fact, it saw the biggest transfer deal so far in the history of European football, with Barcelona’s Brazilian superstar Neymar making a shock move out of the Nou Camp to land in the Parc Des Princes, joining the former French Ligue 1 champions for a staggering £222m deal.
Apart from the Neymar transfer saga, a number of top class players also left their clubs to join another outfit this summer, in search of a better career. However, with the time for the closure of the transfer window drawing nearer with every passing hour, it seems that there might be a few more high profile transfers this season, making the new campaign in all the European leagues even more exciting and enthralling for the fans to keep an eye on. Three such signings might be as follows.
Kylian Mbappe to Paris Saint Germain-
The French giants are looking forward to make it a memorable season for themselves, spending some of the biggest amounts seen in the transfer window over the last few decades. Having already captured an enigmatic player like the Brazilian skipper Neymar, the former French champions are looking forward to strengthen their attack even further and bring in French youngster Kylian Mbappe. The deal is almost done and the player might be the latest addition to the arsenal of PSG for the new season.
Gareth Bale to Manchester United-
Though it is doubtful whether Real Madrid will let go of one of the mainstays in the attack this transfer window, Manchester United are looking to bag their Welsh superstar Gareth Bale into their side before the transfer window closes. Reportedly, the Red Devils have already made a bid for the player and are hoping that the deal goes through.
Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City-
The Citizens are also looking desperate just like their city rivals and are willing to add to their firepower for the new season by bringing in the Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez. The player has been closely linked with Manchester City and there is a huge possibility that the player will make the journey from the Emirates to the Etihad possible right before the deadline day.
