Leicester City ended the last season on a disappointing note, finishing in the 11th position in the League table. The Foxes were unable to show any glimpses of their immaculate form in the season prior to the last one, which saw them getting crowned for the first time in their history as the Champions of the Premier League.
However, Leicester City are not looking to give up on their hopes of making the next season a good one in terms of results, as they are looking to bring in a number of players into the side to strengthen it for the next term. The Foxes have already bagged two good players in the form of midfielder Vicente Iborra from the Spanish La Liga club, Sevilla and Harry Maguire from Championship side, Hull City and are looking to add more to the roster in the summer transfer window.
Reportedly, the former Premier League champions have been linked with the attacking midfielder from the German Bundesliga club Borussia Monchengladbach, Thorgan Hazard. The Belgian starlet is the younger brother of the Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard and has a good record under his belt for his current club.
The player has been one of the players who has made a name for himself in the Bundesliga with his skills and accurate shot making. He has appeared in 110 matches so far for the German Bundesliga club and has scored 22 times for them. He is known for his pace and bamboozling footwork and also for helping his teammates to score goals with accurate passes and long balls into the opposition half. He can also initiate attacks and has registered 23 assists so far in his career with Borussia Monchengladbach.
The Foxes are in dire need of a player who can add to their attacking front and help them get back the brilliant form of their Premier League winning season. With their playmaker Riyad Mahrez looking to make a move out of the King Power Stadium in the next term, the Belgian midfielder can be the perfect partner in attack for Jamie Vardy, who can help them get into the heart of the opposition defence and score goals to keep the Foxes in the advantage.
However, Leicester City might face stern competition from fellow Premier League sides West Ham United and Stoke City, who are also rooting to make a bid for the 24-year-old in the summer transfer window to add him to their squad and increase their attacking quotient.
