Sandro Ramirez has been one of the many players who had a good season with his current club Malaga, since his transfer from the Spanish giants Barcelona, where he had to spend most of the time sitting on the bench. The young Spaniard has been at the top of his form and has been attracting interests from a number of big name clubs from all over Europe including the likes of Everton.
Reportedly, the Merseyside club are looking to bring in the 21-year-old this summer on a £5.2 million deal from La Rosaleda in order to stabilise their attack which has so far being spearheaded by the brilliant Belgian Romelu Lukaku.
The ex-Chelsea marksman has been in mercurial form this season and has 25 goals to show for his efforts. However, he has denied to pen down a new deal with Everton, which might see him play once again at Stamford Bridge next season.
With the situation now out of hand for Everton to retain their prized possession, they are looking not to waste any more time and bring in a viable replacement for Lukaku. Among a number of names considered to be the right player to take charge of the attack at Goodison Park in the next term, the young Spaniard has come up as the perfect option for the Toffees in the present situation.
Sandro had also been linked with a move to Spanish giants Atletico Madrid, but the deal was finally called off owing to the transfer ban that has been imposed on the club by UEFA. As a result, Everton is being touted up as the best option for the ex-Barcelona striker for the upcoming season, who will reportedly be flying into Liverpool to meet the club officials to discuss about his transfer.
The under 21 international for Spain has scored 16 goals this season in the 31 matches he played for his current club. His electrifying pace and wide array of skills to bamboozle the opposition defence has been highly effective this term.
Ronald Koeman, the current man in charge at Everton, is known for his nurturing of young talents throughout his career and it should be a good experience for the young Spanish striker to play under him if the deal goes through.
Sandro has no real experience outside Spain but he has all the attributes to turn into a superstar in England. If Koeman can get the club to play to his strengths, he could easily be a tremendous replacement for Lukaku.
