Serge Gnabry has been one of the players who has attracted eyes from a number of clubs from all over Europe after having a good season with his former club Werder Bremen. The German youngster has been swooped away by the German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich for the next season who have now decided to make him available for loan.
The German youngster used to play for Arsenal under 23 side after his primary development with the VfB Stuttgart under 17 squad, and later on went on to become a member of the senior squad for the Gunners. However, he only made 18 appearances for the North London club during his tenure before being sold by the club to Werder Bremen last summer.
Gnabry regained a lot of his lost ground while playing for the German outfit and made a good reputation for himself once again, playing on the left side of the midfield. This led to Bayern Munich making a bid for the talented player, who might be loaned out to gain some much-needed experience, playing regularly in top flight football.
This has reportedly alerted a number of clubs in the Premier League as well from the German Bundesliga, who are eyeing to avail the services of the 21-year-old midfielder for the next season. Some of the clubs might be-
Newcastle United
The Magpies are looking to bring in players who can be able to make their comeback season a good one in the Premier League in the next season and might be the favourites to procure the talented attacking midfielder on loan to provide an edge to their attack. Present Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez might be much interested in having someone as exuberant as him in his squad for the next term.
Schalke 04
German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 has been one of the sides who have been nurturing young players in their ranks for last few seasons and will be more than delighted to secure the services of the 21-year-old German attacker for their team in the next season. Given Gnabry’s performance in the Bundesliga last season, where he scored 11 goals in 27 appearances for Werder Bremen, he will indeed be a great inclusion for Schalke.
Watford
The English side has been in complete dire straits, having finished at the 17th position last season and are looking for a player to inspire them in the new season. The Hornets might surely join the race to bag the German youngster to strengthen their squad.
