Bersant Celina has been creating ripples with his good form in this season, playing for the Dutch Eredivisie side FC Twente. The 20-year-old midfielder has been sent on loan for gathering some first team experience by his current club Manchester City, where he has returned after a successful stint at the Dutch club.
The youngster has played in 27 Eredivisie games for his side this season and has been in prolific form for his team, scoring five goals in total. The Kosovo under-21 International has also provided five assists for his teammates at the Dutch club and is being considered to be one of the best players for the future.
The Manchester City youngster has been eyed by a number of clubs for the next season, as it is still an uphill task for the player to break into the starting XI of City and it is quite sure that he will be sent on loan for the next season as well.
Reportedly, teams from the Championship, including the likes of Leeds United, Ipswich Town and Bolton Wanderers, have been looking to get the mercurial midfielder from Manchester City to get him in their team for the next season. However, the youngster is likely to be sent on loan for the season and might be offered a permanent contract for the season after that depending on his performance.
Celina is himself confident that if he gets the opportunity to get into any of these clubs on loan, he might make it to the permanent deal owing to his good form and exuberant playing style. He is, in fact, looking for a loan move rather than a permanent one.
The youngster is looking good to make it to any of the Championship sides, especially Leeds United, with the Elland Road club looking to make it big this time in the Championship, by qualifying for the playoffs, thus boosting their chances to make a comeback into the Premier League.
They had come close in the last season and have been looking quite good to make it to the Championship playoffs this time.
