German giants Bayern Munich’s full-back Rafinha is reportedly looking to make a move away from the Allianz Arena in the next season. Though there have been no reports of any club showing interest in the Brazilian, the defender preferably wants a move to any of the big clubs in the Premier League.
Rafinha has been playing for the German champions for the last years as an integral part of the team. However, this season the Brazilian has been hugely underplayed, featuring in only nine games for the Bavarians under the current coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Reportedly, he has got only one and a half year left on his contract with Bayern and might look to offer his allegiance to another team who will give him much more time out on the field in the next season.
With his eye on the Premier League, one of these three clubs can be the 31-year old Brazilian defender’s possible destination for the next season-
Manchester United-
The Red Devils are under a serious amount of pressure from their fans, who want them to perform in a much better way than they are doing in the current season. With their chance of making the top four at the end of the season looking quite gloomy, the present manager Jose Mourinho has already started his team rebuilding to make a mark in the Premier League. Looking at the dismal performance of his team’s defence, the Portuguese mastermind might go in to bag the Brazilian ace from Bayern Munich.
Liverpool-
Finding a right back that can play regularly has been one of the major priorities for the current coach of Liverpool Jurgen Klopp. With Alberto Moreno not being considered for his starting eleven, the German manager has switched to the English international James Milner to play as a full back in the recent outings. Though the England midfielder has done a fairly good job, Klopp is in the hunt for a regular full back for the next season, and Rafinha can completely fit his bill. The Brazilian, with his pace and skills, can be a good inclusion to the starting eleven of the Merseyside club.
Arsenal-
Arsenal have been linked with the Brazilian as a part of a swap move that can see the Bavarians letting go of their right back Rafinha in lieu of the Gunners’ talisman Alexis Sanchez in the next season. The Brazilian can be the perfect answer to the current defensive woes that the North London club is facing in the present season.
