Burnley will visit Liberty Stadium to take on Paul Clement’s resurgent Swansea on Saturday. Swansea might have lost the last match 3-1 against Chelsea but their performance got a very positive reaction and Clement would like to build on this momentum. On the other side, Burnley’s away form has been awful this season but they showed signs of recovery when they held Hull City 1-1. Sean Dyche’s side has three away games on a trot and will be looking forward to gaining maximum points from them.
Swansea have managed only 1 clean sheet in the last 11 games and 4 home wins all season but will hope to better their record. They are currently out of the relegation zone but have only a gap of two points with Crystal Palace who are in the last relegation place. That’s why the pressure will be on the home team and Clement will go for the kill from the very first moment.
The Clarets have had an on and off season. They’ve lost 10 of their last 12 away matches but have shown great attitude in the last game at the KCOM Stadium.
Gylfi Sigurdsson will be the man to watch out for Swansea. He has racked nine assists this season. Only Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne has matched his numbers. The Icelandic midfielder had laid Fernando Llorente’s goal against Chelsea and would be hoping to add few more.
