Serbian defender Vukasin Jovanovic has revealed that he has a dream to play for Chelsea one day. Currently, the player is plying his trade on loan at Bordeaux from Zenit St-Petersburg.
The 20-year-old Serbian will be returning to Zenit at the end of the season and will have the chance to share the dressing room with Branislav Ivanovic. Ivanovic recently made a switch to the Russian outfit from Chelsea ending a long association with the English side.
The Serbian U21 defender has so far played only one match for Bordeaux this season. On being asked in which club he would love to play the defender answered, “I would like to play in England, against the biggest teams on the planet.
“I want to play in the Champions League.
“What club? Chelsea.”
When he was asked about Ivanovic he replied, “With him, you can gain invaluable experience, because Ivanovic is also a great person who always strives to help young players.”
