Eden Hazard has revealed he has to work hard to get his form back this season. The Belgian international has scored ten times in all competitions this season.
Hazard endured a frustrating last season as Chelsea finished in a dismal 10th position which led the dismissal of Jose Mourinho. However, the appointment of Antonio Conte has worked wonders for the West London side who are on their way to clinch their sixth Premier League title.
Hazard was severely criticised for his performances last season. He managed just four Premier League goals as the Blues horribly failed in their attempt to defend their Premier League title. But in the ongoing season, the winger is back to his best and has fired the Blues to eight points clear at the top.
The attacker said, “Last season everyone knows I was not good enough.
“But you learn from your mistakes. I gave everything to come back and now I am in my level.
“So I started this season well – fit, with no injuries and it is better to play when you are ready. I want to enjoy being on the pitch. So this is the key.
“It is always a difficult to come back after a bad season, but the boss changed something and tried to give us more confidence
“This is the best moment for me at this club since I’ve been here. I’m happy.”
