Midfield
After their nervy performance against Hull City, which fortunately placed 3 points on their lap, the midfield duo of Mark Noble and Kouyaté really sparkled against a struggling Swansea City side. However, it didn’t work so much well against Leicester City and skipper Noble also suffered a knee injury.
Bilic will definitely have to rotate his squad as they play this match with little time to recuperate with. With Noble out and Kouyaté leaving for African Cup of Nations, we expect Bilic to start with Pedro Obiang this time alongside Michail Antonio.
Andre Ayew will be missed heavily for the number 10 role as he too leaves for the African Cup of Nations. Edmilson Fernandes is expected to start behind the striker.
Although the Hammers are unlikely to pose a major threat to a strong United side, who are bulldozing their opponents at the moment, Bilic would like to make the most of their rare chances.
Attack
Dimitri Payet hasn’t been the man to look up to for the boss. But fortunately for Bilic, Michail Antonio has taken up the cudgels to finish the task. We expect Andy Carroll to start up front flanked by Payet and Lanzini.
