Eric Baily has said he wants to finish his career at Manchester United. The 22-year-old arrived from Villarreal in this summer.
The 22-year-old has been one of the brightest spots in United’s erratic season so far. The Red Devils suffered a few initial jitters this season but now have revived their form. They are currently unbeaten in the last 16 matches in all competitions.
Bailly who is right now participating in AFCON for Ivory Coast suffered a major injury against Chelsea which halted his progress.
Jose Mourinho had to deploy Marcos Rojo and Phil Jones in the centre of United defence and so far they have done a pretty decent job.
Bailly said, “There are a lot of new players and the coach is new. Now we are noting that the team is gelling together and creating a good atmosphere, and we are having the results too.
“We know that with a coach like Mourinho, he can bring the best out of players, so I am very confident that this team can go further. The players are getting a good understanding both on and off the pitch.”
