Liverpool winger Sadio Mane’s departure has been delayed prior to the important clash against Chelsea.
Liverpool had arranged a private jet to bring back Mane from Gabon but it has been reported that the plane couldn’t take off on Sunday. Senegal crashed out from the competition after Mane missed a penalty against Cameroon.
The Reds have been in awful form since the departure of Mane and have lost their last three matches and have managed to win a single game in 2017. They will be looking forward to recovering some of the lost ground when they will host Chelsea and Klopp has said that he will take a decision on Mane on the match day.
“I don’t know exactly [if he will be involved].
“He’s now on his way, we thought it would be possible yesterday.
“We had a plane there yesterday, but he wasn’t allowed. He had to wait
“Now it’s all good, he will be here this night at some point.
“He’ll be in tomorrow morning, I have no idea.
“I have to look in his eyes, then make a decision.”
