Fletcher has featured sporadically for Slaven Bilić’s outfit and going to the Elland Road is something he would not hesitate. A loan move would be an ideal one for all the parties interested as his flashes of quality are needed to be transformed into commendable performances with consistency.
The wonder kid needs a proper guidance and one can rest assured that he can get the same under the guardianship of Monk because he needs to prove his credentials and come back to challenge for the starting berth.
