Chelsea are the frontrunners to sign Fernando Llorente from Swansea. Antonio Conte has expressed his interest in bringing back one of his trusted players.
Llorente arrived in Swansea from Sevilla in the summer and has so far has scored six goals so far. Swansea have been struggling this season and are currently reeling at the bottom three of the Premier League.
Chelsea signed Michy Batshuayi in the summer but the player has hardly featured for the Blues.
He is yet to start a game in the Premier League and if Llorente does come to Stamford Bridge it would pile further misery on Batshuayi.
Conte and Llorente worked together at Juventus and knows each other very well. Conte wants a seasoned striker as a backup to Diego Costa and he fits the bill perfectly.
The Athletic Bilbao legend is also reportedly very keen for a reunion with his former gaffer and an offer from the club is imminent.
