Former Chelsea coach Claudio Ranieri wants the Blues to win the Premier League title this season. Chelsea are currently leading the Premier League table right now.
Ranieri won the title with Leicester City last season. The Foxes surprised all the teams to win their maiden Premier League. But they have so far failed to replicate their form this season. Leicester are right now in 15th place and are five points above the relegation zone.
Ranieri’s was inducted to the to the Italian Football federation hall of fame for guiding Leicester to the title last season. Ranieri was in charge of Chelsea from 2000 to 2004 and he hopes that his former team win the title this term
Ranieri said, “As former Chelsea coach and as an Italian supporter, I hope that Conte can achieve the goal [of winning the Premier League].
“He has shown that the Italian school of coaches is valid more than ever.
“I hope to remain in England
“I’m good here, even though in football one day you are in the stars and the next day in the dust, so never say never.”
