Gary Cahill has chosen the most hardworking player he has worked with and its is none other than Cesar Azpilicueta. Both the players have played extremely well this season.
Cahill arrived from Bolton in 2012 and since then has been a part of the Chelsea starting lineup. Antonio Conte’s 3-4-3 has work wonders for Chelsea which saw the Blues went unbeaten in 13 games before losing to Tottenham Hotspur.
The trio of Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta and David Luiz have been the second best defence in the Premier League as they have leaked only 15 goals this season.
Cahill said, “Recently, I’d say Cesar Azpilicueta because he just works hard all the time.
“He has that work ethic everybody should have.
“But over the years there have been loads here and that’s why we’ve had success, because we’ve had characters who are willing to work and improve.”
