Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is on his way out from the club. The Serbian has flown to Spain to complete a move to Zenit St Petersburg.
The 32-year-old is currently negotiating personal terms with the Russian club. Reports have emerged that the veteran defender will sign a two and a half year contract with an option for a third year.
Ivanovic is one of the longest serving players at the Stamford Bridge. In his nine-year spell with the Blues, he has won a number of coveted trophies including two Premier Leagues and a Champions League.
Since Antonio Conte has started to play with a three-man defence Ivanovic has fallen down the pecking order. The big defender is out of contract at the end of this season and Chelsea are allowing him to leave on a free transfer.
Ivanovic already played his last game for the Chelsea and also was on target against Brentford in the last match.
