Middlesbrough will look to carry on from their 3-0 win over Swansea City when they travel to the Turf Moor to face a resolute Burnley side. Boro bounced back brilliantly from a 3-0 hiding at the hands of Liverpool as they completely nullified a struggling Swansea side and scored 3 goals of their own.
Aitor Karanka had stressed on the fact that his team are nowhere close to the finished product and that he needs more signings to get a team ready for the Premier League.
But after a difficult start where they were finding it hard to sustain their level of performances and looked a couple of notches below the desired level.
But some tactical tweaks and changes in personnel have made them better and more difficult to beat. Although it turns, it has blunted their attack quite a bit. Hence, we feel Karanka might look to make a couple of additions in the upcoming window.
Alvaro Negredo looks to be back in the groove and on song he is capable of getting into most of the teams in the Premier league. Hence, Middlesbrough have to utilise him properly and help him garner the goals.
Their opponents, Burnley, have ruffled a few feathers this season but have been poor in recent weeks having won a single game out 6. Sean Dyche needs to try and turn things around and the match against Boro might be an ideal opportunity.
