Manchester United will look to get over last weekend’s disappointment where Everton snatched a late equaliser to condemn United to yet another stalemate. In a match where the Red Devils dominated in the early stages but could not add to the Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s opening goal, sustained pressure from Everton along with the tomfoolery of Marouane Fellaini resulted in a Baines penalty and another draw for Jose Mourinho.
Manchester United will be focusing their attention on the Europa League now and will be on the road for a fixture against Zorya. United have had it rough in the group thus far and heading into the final Matchday, there is still a possibility of United failing to qualify as well as the possibility of United finishing 1st.
Mourinho will want a win and will settle for nothing less. With the vast chasm in quality between the two teams, only a win seems to be the logical and expected result.
But United’s inconsistent form and various issues going on at the club depicts an unsettled atmosphere with most of the players unaware of their designated roles and first team standing till now.
There will be changes against Zorya but Mourinho will be wary of compromising on the quality too much.

DEFENCE
Sergio Romero is likely to be in goal with David De Gea afforded a rest before the important fixture against Tottenham Hotspur in the weekend.
Darmian has been deployed at left-back in the last few fixtures and might switch over to the right-back slot in place of Valencia. Phil Jones is likely to start at right centre-back with the lack of options at Mou’s disposal.
Blind might get a game in defence beside Jones with Rojo afforded a rest. Luke Shaw is likely to get a game at left-back.
