Midfield
The defensive midfield position will be taken by Grant Xhaka and Francis Coquelin once again.
Quite surprisingly, the duo looked motionless in the second half against City, which was so uncharacteristic of their traits. Arsenal have one of the most vibrant midfield in the league and we expect them to come back to existence.
The number 10 role will be taken by Mesut Ozil. If he only performs against weaker teams (as alleged by Ozil’s detractors), then West Brom could one his favourite fixtures.
The availability of Aaron Ramsey will be a huge boost, although we don’t expect him to start.
Attack
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss the game with a hamstring injury that he suffered against City and Alex Iwobi is likely to take his place.
Theo Walcott will start on the right and will be expected to open the scoring early as he did against City.
Sanchez starts up front and will be expecting to get some service from his midfield this time, unlike the last match.
