Borussia Dortmund have again warned Liverpool that Christian Pulisic is not for sale. Jurgen Klopp has been trying to sign the 18-year old for the past few months.
The USA International has emerged as one of the key players under Thomas Tuchel and has been a revelation this season. In 10 Bundesliga matches, he has bagged two goals and has registered four assists. His sudden rise of form has caught the attention of Jurgen Klopp and the German is very keen to rope in the player.
Basically a right winger Pulisic also played a few games on the left flank this season. His burst of pace and dribbling quality would be an asset to any team. The Reds were believed to have offered €13m but the German side rejected their offer.
Recently Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has made their intentions clear that they won’t be selling the teenager, “We have communicated very clearly that we won’t sell Christian, and that he’s very much part of our plans
“Liverpool don’t need to waste their time.”
However, Liverpool are still hopeful over a potential transfer as Klopp has a very good relationship with the teenager.
