All eyes will be at Goodison Park on Monday when Everton lock horns with Liverpool in what will be the 227th Merseyside derby. Even though it is called ‘The Friendly Derby’, there is no room for friendship. This fixture has produced more red cards than any other fixture in Premier League history. Both sides will give their 200% to salvage a crucial win. Chelsea are nine points clear of Liverpool at the top of the table and losing points could cost Klopp’s boys their title dreams.
Liverpool will be nine points behind league leaders Chelsea in the table before the kickoff and this will be a must-win game for the Reds. Everton will be high on confidence after their 2-1 win against Arsenal in the midweek. Here are three players to watch out for from this game on Monday night-
Adam Lallana
What a season Adam Lallana is having at Liverpool this time around! He was always a quality player but could not really reach his heights at Liverpool until Klopp arrived at the helm.
His turnaround has really been very impressive and slowly he has become the heartbeat of the Liverpool side. Six goals and six assists from 14 games- the English international has added an end product to his game on a regular basis this season and will be keen to impress against Everton, the club he grew up supporting.

Idrissa Gueye
Despite Everton’s lacklustre form this campaign, Idrissa Gueye has been excellent in the middle of the park with his tireless running and industry. The Senegal international has averaged 5 tackles every game this season while making 2.1 interceptions every game. His overall passing accuracy has been good, too (85.7%).
However, his game is not all about defending. The 27-year-old has completed almost one key pass and one dribble every game which is impressive for a central midfield player. His all-round midfield ability is something Liverpool have to take care of.

Divock Origi
To become a successful play, you gotta take the chances coming your way. Origi did not start the season as a key player for Liverpool. He was more of a squad player who had to be happy by getting playing time in the League Cup.
An injury to Coutinho gave him his chance to impress with Sturridge also missing through injury and since then, he has bagged one goal in each of his last five appearances. The sync of his pace, power and strength give Liverpool a whole new dimension in attack and the Belgian will be keen to impress against the Toffees.
