Antonio Conte has confirmed that Eden Hazard is fit to face Crystal Palace. Hazard missed the 1-0 win against Sunderland. The Belgian, who has scored eight goals in 18 matches, was not in the squad in the last match.
Hazard has started training and is expected to start against Palace. The Winger has been a key figure in Conte’s plans alongside Diego Costa.
Hazard suffered a knock against West Bromwich Albion and was replaced by Branislav Ivanovic. It will be a huge boost for Conte whose side are eyeing their 11th win on the trot.
The Italian said, “Yeah I think he’s fit. Then I have to see if I decide to put Eden in the starting XI, but he’s fit today. He trained with us.
“For sure not only for him but also for the other players I need this night to decide because it’s not easy to play three games in his six days.
“It’s important to see every single details and then to take the best decision for tomorrow.”
