Marco van Ginkel
The Dutch midfielder was signed by Chelsea a few years ago from Vitesse but he could never establish himself as a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge despite his loan spells with Milan, Stoke City and PSV Eindhoven.
The 23-year-old was out with an injury since the start of the season and just made his way back, but it is reported that Chelsea will let him go on loan once again in January.
Leeds can offer him regular playing time which the Dutch international needs and in return, van Ginkel could spur them to promotion with his quality.
