Midfield
Jake Livermore is expected to start alongside Ryan Mason in the midfield as the duo has been successful in balancing the offensive and defensive acts well.
The number 10 position will be taken by Markus Henriksen who will feed the passes up front.
Tom Huddlestone was again on the bench against West Brom and remained an unused sub. He is expected to remain on the bench.
Attack
Hull’s attack has been largely crippled by major injuries to Will Keane and Greg Luer.
Robert Snodgrass and Dieumerci Mbokani have, however, been decent up front and Phelan has little choice in that position.
