Midfield
Andy Halliday has been excellent this season at the base of the three-man midfield with his all-round abilities in both attack and defence. The 25-year-old will keep his place in defensive midfield.
The former Boro man will protect the back four and the duo of Josh Windass and Jason Holt will start as the two box to box midfielders.
Niko Kranjcar’s absence has not affected Rangers as we expected with the Rangers’ youthful midfield doing a decent job.
Attack
Joe Garner is likely to start up front as the number nine. Kenny Miller is likely to start on the left flank.
Michael O’Halloran will start on the right-hand side of the three-man attack.
