Midfield
Wenger didn’t get his tactics fully right in terms of choosing his midfielders. His decision to start with Coquelin and Elneny in the anchor position was a disaster against United and the team looked way more fluent with Aaron Ramsey in the middle against PSG.
Granit Xhaka is another brilliant option there, but Wenger is yet to trust the Swiss international fully.
We expect Arsene to stick with Ramsey and Coquelin against Bournemouth as the balance of offensive and defensive might fetch them goals in the game.
Attack
Arsene Wenger has numerous quality options up front. He might not start with young Alex Iwobi this time as the youngster hasn’t looked convincing enough in front of goal.
We expect Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott to flank Mesut Ozil, who has a brilliant record against the Cherries. The German international was involved in 4 of their last 3 goals against Bournemouth.
Olivier Giroud will take the striker’s role as he looks to continue his goalscoring form in the Premier League.
