Bertrand Traore hits back to Chelsea for loaning him out to Ajax. Traore had a decent last season as he scored four goals under interim boss Guus Hiddink. The striker was also heavily involved in the pre-season before being shipped out to Holland.
The 21-year old has signed a new contract with The Blues that will keep him at the club till 2019 but Antonio Conte decided to send him out on loan as he preferred Diego Costa and Michy Batshuayi over the teenager. He is one of the 38 players that Chelsea to be loaned out in this season.
The striker accused the club of not giving enough chances to young players, “I felt, and feel, that I am ready for Chelsea, “I did not see the loan overall. Why did I play so much in pre-season?
“Why was I allowed to participate so often under Guus Hiddink [last season]? Why do young players get no real chance at Chelsea?
“It’s good for the composition of the squad if it is also home to a couple of talented youngsters,” he added.
