Once again proved that he can be an integral player of this team. Rotated the ball well, pitched in time and again to retrieve the ball and play it forward. His sharp incisive passing to kept the ball ticking. An impressive performance from the veteran midfielder!
CM : Paul Labile Pogba – 7.5/10
Cruised forward throughout the game and he sparked the win with a brilliant strike displaying superb technique.
RM : Juan Mata – 6.5/10
Mediocre game for Juan Mata where he did nothing extraordinary. Did a tidy job.
CAM/LM : Wayne Rooney – 7/10
Picked up two assists against the woeful Swansea team. Rooney had an enjoyable game today.
ST : Zlatan Ibrahimovic – 8/10
Proved once again that he brings another dimension to the team. Took his chances well and got a neat brace unlike the performances of past. A reckless challenge could have been avoided, but he got the yellow card and is suspended for the next game.
