WENGER HAS FINALLY GOT HIS ‘ZIP’ BUSINESS SORTED
As the television cameras panned on the Arsenal manager while he was about to do the zip of his jacket, the traditional fumbling and time-taking drama was eagerly expected by many including the commentators. But to the surprise and disappointment of many, Wenger seems to have finally done his homework.
It is symbolic too as this season he seems to finally have the resources at his disposal and is not afraid of using them. He has been accused in the past of not being proactive enough when trying to win a match but his substitution of Ramsey, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Giroud certainly points to the fact that at long last, he means business.
TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR NEED HARRY KANE
Yes, he looked off-pace and yes he scored from the penalty spot but for the Spurs team and the fans, Harry Kane is much more than just a goal scorer. Having worked his socks off and firmly establishing himself as a fan favourite over the last two years, the sight of Harry Kane leading the line acts as a galvanizer for the fans as well as the team. His work rate and his ability to score a goal out of nowhere are unmatched in the team and his return to fitness is a huge boost to them.
