Arsenal striker Lucas Perez could leave the club on loan this January. The striker who was signed from Deportivo La Coruna hasn’t really made an impact for the Gunners due to his unfortunate injuries.
Alexis Sanchez has been the first choice forward after Arsene Wenger shifted him to a more attacking role and the Chilean has lived up to his expectation. The 27-year-old has already found the net eight times in all competition. Added to that Olivier Giroud has been a revelation since he came back from an injury. He has netted four goals including the all important goal against Manchester United as they held on to a 1-1 draw.
Perez has so far managed only 87 minutes in the Premier League. The player is right now recuperating from an injury. However, his agent Rodrigo Fernandez Llovelle is very reluctant to accept that his client will be loaned, “He’s not playing because he is injured.
“He has no intention of leaving Arsenal and Wenger are very happy with him. Maybe try asking them!
“He’s only thinking about Arsenal at the moment.”
