Shone brightly in his first North London derby. His aggressive presence in midfield broke up a couple of attacks and moved the ball forward nicely. Provided a quick ball to Walcott which the Englishman could only shake the woodwork with.

Was a tad over-enthusiastic in the beginning. A few mishit passes and committed too early sometimes. A typical unnecessary challenge inadvertently left his teammate Mustafi with a bloodied nose.

Wasted the best chance of the first half with a tame effort and failed to influence the game at all.
OZIL-6.5/10
Not his best day as he lacked his usual spark. The final ball was missing and failed to create much of note. Missed a half chance after a Walcott attempt rebounded off the post to him.
WALCOTT-6.5/10
Hit a terrific shot but was denied by the post. Made a couple of good runs but the end product was missing in front of a sturdy Spurs defence.
SANCHEZ-5.5/10
Iwobi could not finish the chance given on a plate by Sanchez. But the Chilean did little of note after that, mostly running into Tottenham players who outnumbered him.
