Arsene Wenger might have to wait a little bit longer to have the services of midfielder Aaron Ramsey. Ramsey had injured his hamstring in the first game against Liverpool which they eventually lost 4-3.
Ramsey was supposed to be fit before Arsenal’s match against Bulgarian champions Ludogorates but his return has been further delayed by almost two weeks. It won’t be a problem for Arsene Wenger whose side defeated Swansea 3-2 in the last match as he has enough reinforcements.
Ramsey has taken more time to recover than what was expected. He even started training before the Swansea match but he is unlikely to feature in the next match.
Granit Xhaka saw a red card yesterday and the Welsh midfielder could have replaced him but Wenger now has to choose an alternate option. The midfielder had a pretty well last season with The Gunners where he scored six goals and assisted another five in all competitions. The midfielder also had a brilliant EURO 2016 where they lost to Portugal in the semis. Arsenal are currently in second position with 19 points.
