Manchester United are ready to listen to offers for right-back Matteo Darmian. The Italian has very limited appearances since Jose Mourinho has taken the reins from Louis van Gaal.
He was signed for £12.6million from Torino in last season by former manager Louis Van Gaal. The Italian has so far played a single match against Feyenoord in the Europa League.
According to reports, a formal offer should be made in the coming weeks. Inter are ready to take him on loan with an option to buy him back. United rated the defender to be worth £20m but Inter think they could seal the deal in the region of £14m.
Earlier his agent has warned that the players might opt for a different club if he is not given more game time as could lose the place in the national team. The versatile defender is also on the radar of Napoli and they are keeping a tab on the player’s development.
