Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas reportedly is in talks with AC Milan over a potential transfer. The Spanish midfielder has lost his place under new manager Antonio Conte which has forced him to talk to new suitors.
Fabregas had signed in 2014 for £30m from Spanish champions Barcelona. The ex-Arsenal midfielder had a brilliant debut season at Chelsea as The Blues won their fourth Premier League title under the then manager Jose Mourinho.
Antonio Conte has been using N’Golo Kante and Matic in the midfield overlooking the Spaniard since taking over. Fabregas has earlier been linked with Juventus but since then talks have not materialised.
Milan have been taken over by a Chinese consortium and thus have been linked with a number of players recently. Representatives of the Italian club were present at the Stamford Bridge in the last match against Leicester City to monitor the situation and a deal may be struck very soon.
