Skipper Scott Brown is enjoying a purple patch of form this season and is an assured starter in the middle of the park.
Nir Bitton has been poor lately while Stuart Armstrong had a decent display against Aberdeen as a number eight but should have scored at least one goal.
Callum McGregor is expected to get a start against Gladbach at the base of Celtic midfield alongside Brown.
Tom Rogic, the stellar performer against Aberdeen will keep his place just behind the striker.
Attack
Moussa Dembele, the golden boy of Celtic will start up front as the number nine.
Rodgers might feel the temptation of starting Leigh Griffiths on the right with James Forrest not really ticking recently.
Scott Sinclair will definitely start on the left flank.
