Barcelona would miss the likes of Goalkeeper Ter Stegen through a knee injury. Andres Iniesta, Jeremy Mathieu and Javier Mascherano are also major doubts for the game after having suffered knocks in the Super Cup tie against Sevilla. With the likes of Neymar and Rafinha being on international duty at the Olympics, there would be some new faces in the starting line-up for Barcelona on Saturday with Umtiti and Digne in line to make their first team debut.
Jose Gomez will, however, have to wait for his opportunity a bit longer as he is likely to sit out due to suspension. Betis manager Gus Poyet will be without the services of Rafael Navarro who is out with a calf injury and new boy Sanabria with a shoulder injury.
