Crystal Palace In Fray To Snatch This Talented 20 Year Old Winger: Hodgson Should Get It Done

Crystal Palace are in deep trouble currently in the Premier League, having lost all their matches so far this season. They are tottering at the last position on the league table and are looking for some immediate inspiration so as to get themselves out of the dreaded relegation zone.

The new man in charge at Selhurst Park, Roy Hodgson, is looking forward to getting some new players in order to revamp the team and get some positive results under their belt. He has been eyeing a number of players, with a young player in the form of Jai Quitongo on the top of his target list for the January transfer market.

The 20-year-old player, who is currently plying his trade at the Scottish second tier outfit Greenock Morton FC, is one of the best young players in the country. He has been turning heads with his brilliant skills and goalscoring ability and has been able to get attention from a number of clubs including the Premier League club Crystal Palace.

The Scottish winger has featured in 41 matches in his very first season in the Scottish Championship and has been considered to have a bright future ahead of him. The youngster has been able to score nine goals so far and is looking to have another good season with his current club in his second season at the senior level. However, there is a chance that the player might make a move to the top flight, which will undoubtedly a very big moment for him.

His potential suitors, the Eagles, have been facing a lot of problems this season so far in the Premier League, especially in the frontline, having been unable to put anything past the opposition goal. None of their forwards have been good enough to make a difference in any of their first five matches, which has led to their defeat in all of them, compelling them to stand on the last position in the points table.

The wily Englishman is in dire need of a player, who can turn the tables for him and get goals for his side on a regular basis, so as to give Palace much-needed points and get them out of the miserable position they are in presently. The Eagles’ gaffer is hopeful that the inclusion of a young and exuberant young talent like Jai Quitongo will help him to turn the situation around and get goals for his sides to get them back to winning ways.
