Chelsea are reportedly edging closer towards a deal to bring Fernando Llorente from Swansea. The Blues are willing to offer Michy Batshuayi to the Wales club in a swap deal.
Since arriving at Swansea, the 31-year-old has scored only six goals in 17 appearances for them. The Spaniard moved from Sevilla in this summer and is yet to make a statement in this season after starting in 13 League games.
Batshuayi is is yet to make a start in the Premier League so far having arrived from Marseille in this summer.
The 23-year old has been linked with a move to his former club Marseille.
Now reports have emerged that Chelsea are ready to send the striker to Swansea in a bid to hijack Llorente.
Conte is well aware of Llorente’s pros and cons as the two spent a significant amount of time at Juventus.
It was Conte who brought him to the Serie A club and then went on to win the Serie A title.
